This is for learners who speak English as a Second language and want to improve their English, so they feel comfortable working in a Business Environment, dealing with customers and ofcourse communicating with colleagues. It's mostly speaking practice - Includes Grammar / word order / lots of contributions to discussions and feedback / pronunciation but most important the learning will be tailored to what the group specifically needs. Example, it could be a group who works together in a London Hotel. The lesson will then be tailored : * Customer Care. * Dealing with enquiries / forarding messages. * Dealing with complaints. * Advice and suggestions etc. * Areas the group find challenging. Benefits to the company. Boost Moral / Staff will be confident / Clearer and accurate communication with less misunderstandings / smoother teamwork / positive reviews from Guests / opportunities for Staff to move to higher posts within the Hotel / Company or other Branches. Duration: 2 - 3hrs/session [Maximum of 6 learners - once a week].
